University of Kerbala
A research team from the Faculty of Administration and Economics – Kerbala University has published a scientific study entitled “Measuring the Extent of Liquidity’s Impact on the Financial Structure”.
The study has been published in the “International Journal of Multicultural and Multireligious Understanding” which is considered one of the reputable scientific journals
The research team consists of Dr. Ali Abdel Hassan Abbas Hassan and two students, Ayat Amer and Amna Abbas.
The study aims at knowing the most important measures of liquidity affecting the financial structure, and it has been conducted on the Asia Cell Communications Company in Iraq and the data have been collected during the 2009–2019 period.
The most important finding of the study is that the financial structure of the company depends on debt, which makes it lose flexibility, and that cash liquidity does not meet the company’s short-term obligations.
One of the recommendations of the study is the need to appoint experts in advanced financial analysis in the company to develop financial plans.
