A lecturer from Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences /Kerbala University has presented a scientific study for Shiite Endowment in the Holy Karbala Governorate.
Dr. Sahera Alawi Hussein Alwan says that the aim of the research is to elevate the soul to the most exalted position.
The researcher recommends holding courses for leadership and administrative staff, to enrich positive energy that the leader must possess in order to be able to overcome obstacles and succeed in developing the institution or department by transforming negative energies into positive ones, as well as preparing electronic software programs.
