The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kerbala has discussed the doctoral dissertation entitled “Hierarchical Training”.
The study, presented by the student Muayad Fakhri Obaid, aims at reading the mechanical energy index and the use of the food supplement BCAA and its effect on some biomechanical capabilities, biomechanical variables, biochemical indicators, and long-jump proof achievement under 20 years.
The dissertation deals with the study of the effect of building exercises with the mechanical energy index and their implementation in the ascending and descending hierarchical manner, and the supplement dealt with the dependent variables, where the duration of the experiment is two months and by three weekly units that have been held on a sample of 12 long-jumpers in the long jump competition under 20 years and numbered 12 jumpers divided into three groups: two experimental groups and a controlled group.
The most prominent of what has been produced by the study is the effectiveness of the exercises for the two experimental groups and the preference is for the group that used the hierarchical ascending method.
