A Scientific Symposium at Kerbala University on Coronavirus

With the participation of a number of teachers and students, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Kerbala University has organized a scientific symposium on the Coronavirus.

     The symposium aims at cultivating the community about the spread of the new Corona disease and ways of preventing it. It also deals with methods of reducing its spread .

 The symposium includes the definition of the virus, its characteristics, methods of transmission and spread, ways of preventing the disease, diagnosis, treatment and health safety measures.

      The symposium shows the need to practice good habits and behaviours  so as to prevent all diseases, especially infectious diseases and deadly viruses.

   The symposium suggests that there is an urgent need to develop methods to prevent the disease, and take all necessary precautions to prevent disease entry and the application of prevention and safety measures within the international health standards to limit the entry and spread of the disease.
