Kerbala University has announced the launch of the first electronic programme of its kind in the university, which provides a service for inquiries about financial services and other services for the employee via mobile phones.
The president, Prof. Dr. Basim Al-Saidi, says that this is the first time at the university level that an electronic system is launched that works with mobile phone technologies and using modern technology, and all electronic systems, such as the Android system and the iPhone system as well as the Windows system.
He adds that the programme provides distinguished services represented by inquiring about salary details, job number, grade and stage without employee review, explaining that this program constitutes a qualitative addition in terms of electronic services provided to professors and employees at the university.
For his part, Director of the Financial Affairs Department, Dr. Jasim Al-Barrak, explains that the aim of the launch of the programme is to facilitate the delivery of financial and employment information to the employee through the application of Google without the personal review of the employee. He Indicates that the programme has been designed in coordination with the Electronic Calculator Center, and the program’s accounting departments will be provided to the university’s faculties, and the entry mechanism for each employee will be implemented from the current month.
