Kerbala University Discussing an MA. Thesis entitled” Agile Leadership and its Impact on Service Quality through the Participation of Employees as a Mediating Variable

Faculty of Administration and Economics / Kerbala University has discussed the thesis which is entitled” Agile Leadership and its Impact on Service Quality through the Participation of Employees as a Mediating Variable : An Analytical study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in private Universities and Faculties in the Holy province of Karbala.
The thesis, presented by Kamal Muhammad Yaqoub Al Kaabi aims at knowing the impact of agile leadership as an independent variable in enhancing service quality as a dependent variable through its dimensions (dependency, response, empathy, guarantee, and tangibility)
The study deals with the importance of leadership through employee participation practices as a mediating variable by its dimensions (power sharing, information sharing, knowledge sharing, and reward systems) in the educational sector in private Universities and Faculties in the Holy province of Karbala.
It showed that there is a significant correlation and effect between the study variables.
It is recommended that the higher administrations in private Universities and Faculties surveyed should pay attention to use the relationship between agile leadership and employee participation in an ideal way by following the best methods that enable to improve the quality of service.
