Kerbala University Discussing an MA. Thesis entitled “The Impact of Organizational Socialization on Career Outcomes”

Faculty of Administration and Economics / University of Kerbala has discussed the MA thesis which is entitled “The Impact of organizational socialization on career outcomes: self-efficacy as an interactive variable – An Analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees of the Electricity Transmission Company / Al-Furat Al-Awsat.”.
The thesis, submitted by Nahaya Obaid Mohsen Al-Taei, aims at testing the effect of organizational socialization on career outcomes, through the interactive role of self-efficacy.
The study deals with the opinions of a sample of employees of the Electric Power Company / Al-Furat Al-Awsat (Middle Euphrates) through the use of the analytical research method.
In order to reach the research objectives, the study discusses the nature of the relationship to the importance of the role of self-efficacy in promoting social upbringing in a way that enhances production levels.
The study used a set of statistical methods, benefiting from the statistical programs (Excel) and (SPSS v.23) and (AMOS v.23). For the purpose of testing research hypotheses.
It is found that there is a small interactive effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between organizational socialization and job outcomes.
