University of Kerbala
The Center for Strategic Studies at the University of Kerbala, in cooperation with the Faculty of Science and the Department of Human Resources Development at the Holy Hussaini Shrine, has organized the scientific symposium entitled (Arabic Language and Self-Development in the Age of Information and Cyberspace) on the conference hall of the Faculty of Science.
The scientific symposium has been held with the celebration of the World Arabic Language Day,
Assistant President for scientific Affairs Prof. Dr. Najm Abdul-Hussein Najm says that the celebration highlights the importance of the Arabic language as a pillar of cultural diversity, and it is one of the most widespread languages in the world, as well as the language of the Qur’an. The first of every year is the International Day for the Arabic Language, and it is the day on which the Arabic language has been introduced into the official and working languages of the United Nations.
