Under the patronage of the President of Kerbala University, Prof. Dr. Basem Nayel Al-Saedi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Assist. Prof. Dr. Dergham Karim Kazem Al-Mousawi, the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at the University of Kerbala has organized a training course entitled (How to manage an electronic classroom, raise lectures, record student attendance, and take exams through Google Classroom) in which the Assist. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nazim Muhammad, Assist. Lect. Emad Abdel-Reda, and Teacher Wissam Ali Hussain have presented the lecture using the Google Classroom application with the participation of a number of researchers and specialists.
The Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Dargham Al-Mousawi, says that holding the session comes in light with the new instructions to approve the Google Classroom platform to teach next year.
He indicates that the course aims to develop the professors ’abilities and to familiarize themselves with all the techniques of this platform and to avoid the difficulties that our professors will face in dealing with this platform to raise lectures, register attendees, do exam questions, examine students and receive their answers.
Al-Mousawi adds that the professors are divided into groups to implement health safety measures because the courses would be attended by the faculty.
