The Faculty of veterinary medicine at the University of Kerbala has organized a training course entitled” The Use of Superovulation in Farm Animals (Sheep and Goats)”.
The course aims at identifying ways of improving the species through the selection of good eggs in the field of embryo transfer, genetic improvement of farm animals (sheep and goats).
It also deals with ways of shortening the reproductive period by inducing excessive ovulation and obtaining 5-10 eggs during one estrous cycle, and the importance of getting rid of genetic venereal diseases and excluding animals of poor genetic and productive characteristics.
