Kerbala University Organizing the Periodical Meeting of the Guidance Division Managers

In the presence of the President of Kerbala University, Dr. Basem Al-Saidi, and the Assistant president of the University for administrative affairs, Dr. Akram Al-Yasiri. the Psychological Guidance and Educational Guidance Division in the presidency of Kerbala University  has organized its periodical meeting with the participation of managers of different faculties of the University and its internal departments at the university.

       The Counseling Division official, Dr. Haider Al-Yaqoubi, says that the meeting deals with the most important problems that students suffer from in studying and caring for their psychological, social and academic awareness. He adds that the meeting aims to spreading awareness among college managers in the colleges and educate them about their guidance work in spreading societal awareness among students free of psychological disturbances in the academic environment, in a way that reflects positively on the scientific and academic reality.

        The conferees recommend the necessity of conducting a structure for educational counselors in colleges and internal departments so as to work to solve problems by scientific and psychological methods as well as setting up courses, workshops and lectures for mentors and organizing field visits for students in order to increase interaction between the professor and the student within the corridors of the university.  They also call for organizing scientific conference in order to discuss obstacles which  face the advisory process in accordance with academic visions.
