His Excellency Minister of Health, Dr. Salih Al-Hasnawi, honored Dean of Faculty of Nursing / University of Kerbala, Dr. Ali Kareem Khudair Al-Jubouri, with Shield of Creativity and Excellence; for his distinguished efforts in upgrading level of nursing services in health institutions and upgrading level of nursing faculty graduates from scientific and behavioural aspects.
Dean of the Faculty was honored during a celebration organized by Ministry of Health in cooperation with Iraqi Nursing Syndicate on occasion of International Nursing Day, in presence of staff of the ministry and deputy head of Health and Environment Committee, Dr. Muqdam Al-Jumaili, and a group of nursing staff.
Minister of Health held a meeting with Dr. Firas Al-Moussawi, head of Iraqi Nursing Syndicate, and a number of members of Nursing faculties Deans Council.
The meeting witnessed a discussion of problems of training students of nursing faculties at health institutions, addressing shortage of nursing staff.
