Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar, President of Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan, awarded an honorary shield to President of University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali.
The shield has been received by Dr. Elham Nadhim Al-Shaibani, who participates in International Conference on Social Harmony and National Integration in Pakistan.

President of Quaid-i-Azam University of Pakistan, Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed Akhtar, expresses his hope for removing obstacles and completing procedures so as to sing a memorandum of understanding between the two universities as soon as possible.
It is noteworthy that Quaid-i-Azam University is one of the oldest and best Pakistani universities, in addition to being one of top 100 universities in the world according to QS rankings of 2012.
