President of University of Kerbala Honors a Lecturer from College of Education for Humanities for Occupying the First Position in Al-Hakim Prize 2025 Conference

President of University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid, honors Asst. Lect. Mohammed Abbas Al-Jubouri, College of Education for Humanities, whom occupies the first place in Al-Hakim International Award Conference for his paper which is entitled “The Role of Curricula in Drug Prevention: An Analysis of Content of Iraqi Curricula.”
Al-Jubouri’ paper has been selected among more than 120 local and international papers submitted to conference theme, winning the first position in Social Studies – Drug Control theme, for his scholarly effort and analytical content of his research, which addresses phenomenon of drug abuse through development of educational system.
Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid emphasizes the university’s commitment to support researchers and scientific activities, enable them to actively participate in international forums and conferences.

For his part, Al-Jubouri expresses his gratitude to the supportive academic environment that contribute to achieve this accomplishment, stressing that addressing societal challenges, foremost among them combating negative phenomena, requires continuous scientific and institutional cooperation.
