Emphasizing the importance of academic cooperation, President of University of Kerbala Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali has received Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Al-Dahhan, President of Al-Kafeel University, and Dr. Ali Al-Mayali, to strengthen scientific and academic cooperation between Iraqi universities.
During the meeting, they discuss ways to develop joint partnerships and exchange expertise in scientific and research fields, to support advancement of academic landscape and improvement of higher education outcomes. They also review prospects of cooperation between the two universities, particularly in medical and scientific disciplines.

Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid affirms that the University is committed to its approach of academic and institutional openness with reputable Iraqi universities, noting that this openness is a fundamental pillar of integrating scientific efforts and exchanging successful experiences.
