The research aims to studying fungal diseases spread on quince trees by relying on modern phenotypic and molecular methods for diagnosis, which is the determination of the sequence of nitrogenous bases for the genetic markers (used in the diagnosis of fungi).
The study deals with collecting the samples of infected leaves from several orchards spread in Al-Husayniyah district of Kerbala Governorate.
