The University of Kerbala Organizes a Charity Market for Children with Cancer

The College of Engineering in the University of Kerbala organized a charity market for children with cancer. The revenues of the market will all go for Kerbala Cancer Treatment Center. The market had various merchandise, including electric appliances, accessories, food, and cosmetics. The students from the College of Engineering, with the help of Together charity group, contributed paintings, handmade goods, and many other items. The event was attended by the president of the university, vice president for scientific affairs, and the dean of the College of Engineering.

The president of Kerbala University, Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid Saadi, expressed his gratitude to the College of Engineering for organizing such an event to help children with cancer. He also stated that academic institutions are not only effective in their scientific research but also in their contribution to society.
