University of Kerbala
College of Pharmacy / University of Kerbala has organized a course on developing hard skills with participation of a group of employees.
The course, in which Asst. Prof. Mazen Hamid Odeh delivers it, aims at providing teaching and administrative staff with the necessary skills for development in their field of specialization.
The course includes an explanation of mechanisms of positive motivation and ways to achieve a balance between work and specialized skills in a way that contributes to improve quality of performance, as well as introducing some practical applications necessary to enable employees to reach a high level of readiness in their fields.
