This study aims at analyzing the impact of investors’ behaviour on trading indicators and find appropriate solutions in case these indicators decline and cause losses to a particular financial market. Therefore, this study works on finding solutions and alternatives that would achieve profits and work on investors’ level stability indicators and financial markets. The study also deals with (4) companies of banking sector as a sample that relied on for studying and drawing conclusions. The study has a set of conclusions, the most important one is that there is a large number of changes in trading indicators as a result of psychological fluctuations among workers or investors in stock market, which would lead to make unimportant decisions. The study also produced recommends the necessity of taking psychological factors into consideration when taking any investment decision in financial market, and trying to know the benefits and consequences of its causes for all dealers in financial markets.
