Faculty of Law / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled ” the impact of an illegal administrative decision on the employee’s legal status”, submitted by Zuhair Abbas Abdel Kadhim.
The study aims at demonstrating the impact that illegal decision has an impact on employee’s legal status.
The study concludes that acquired rights are one of principles related to stability of transactions and other results.
The study recommends the importance of working to include administrative heads who have the right to issue administrative decisions in intensive courses to avoid issuing illegal decisions.
