University of Kerbala discussing a research on the role of information systems in improving employee’s performance

The Faculty of Administration and Economics at the University of Kerbala has discussed the higher diploma research, in quality management which is entitled “the role of information systems in improving the performance of employees”.
It has been presented by student Esraa Hassan Alwan from the Department of Business Administration. It aims at determining the effect of information systems in improving the performance of workers for a sample of employees in the local administration / Holy Karbala Governorate, by measuring the extent of the impact and testing the relationship between information systems and their role in improving the performance of employees.
The research deals with the concept of information systems and improving the performance of employees, and the extent of the impact of the information systems adopted by the organization in improving the performance of employees.
The research has been based on the descriptive and analytical approach.
It shows the existence of the correlation and a moral effect between information systems in improving the performance of workers in the researched organization (local administration / Karbala governorate), and the research software approved by the organization.
He stressed the need for the organization to show more interest in the teams specialized in maintaining and updating information systems resources such as analysts, system designers, programmers and data security specialists, with intensifying training programs to improve and develop the skills of workers in the field of information systems, and to raise the possibility of the organization adopting software that enables it to be compatible with an environment networks for the purpose of sharing information between the various departments in the organization.
