University of Kerbala Discussing a Study on Employee Voice and its Effect on Work outputs

The Faulty of Administration and Economics at the University of Kerbala has discussed a Higher Diploma in project management entitled “Employee Voice and its Effect on Work outputs: An Analytical Study”
The study, presented the student Angham Hamid Obaid Al-Saeedi aims at knowing the influence of employee voice, Al-Hussainiya Municipality / Holy Karbala, as a sample, to present suggestions and recommendations to the higher management so as to view them in the work outputs.
The study ends up with some conclusions, the most important one is that the variables of the employee’s voice and work outputs are positively related, and this is an indication of the employees’ feeling of the extent of interest in them and listening to their proposals and the value of their roles and tasks.
