Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “relationship between emotional intelligence and legal knowledge of football referees’ decisions”.
The thesis, submitted by Ghaith Haidar Daher , aims at identifying emotional intelligence, legal knowledge and decision-making of first-class football referees, as well as determining (reciprocal) relationship between emotional intelligence, legal knowledge and decision-making of first-class football referees.
The thesis recommends the need to involve first-class football referees in developmental courses inside and outside the country to develop their capabilities in managing matches, informing them of everything new in the world of arbitration, developing their own capabilities, and paying attention to aspects of legal knowledge because of their great role in raising level of governance in making the right decisions.
