College of Education for Human Sciences / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled ” An Ideological Analysis of power and ethics in Leo Tolstoy’s Short story HOW Much Land Does a Man Need? , presented by Nour Khadir Dhaidan.

The importance of the study lies in including stylistic, literary and educational fields, in addition to shed light on aesthetic values ​​of literature.
The study concludes that in Leo Tolstoy’s short story, there is an exploration of hidden ideologies of ethics and power in detail through narration, characters and themes for descendants.
