College of Medicine / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled ” Biochemical Assessment of Endometrial Receptivity and Fetal Evaluation”.
The study, presented by Zainab Ahmed Jawad Jassim, aims at estimating and evaluating endometrium in receiving embryo using MUC1, GDF-9 and HLA.
The study concludes that evaluation of MUC1, GDF9 and HLA provides valuable information about endometrial receptivity and fetal viability in artificial insemination. These markers can be used to identify potential problems in implantation process and guide personalized treatment strategies to improve chances of successful pregnancy.
