Faculty of Administration and Economics / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled “organizational culture and its impact on employees’ socialization :an analytical study of a sample of employees of Maysan Governorate office”.
The thesis, presented by Mahdi Hussein Jabr, includes design of a hypothetical scheme showing nature of relationship between variables of the study.
The thesis aims at knowing the main role of organizational culture as an independent variable in its impact on organizational socialization, and clarifying the relationship of correlation and influence between variables of the study in light of previous contributions of each variable by a group of researchers and testing this relationship.
The study recommends inviting the administration in office of Maysan governorate to allow the spread of democratic culture and high flexibility in management and to listen to employees’ opinions, aspirations and suggestions.
