College of Education for Human Sciences / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “school dropout in primary and secondary education in Karbala”, submitted by Abeer Hassan Ne’ama.
The study aims at shedding light on school dropout as being one of the important considerations in educational process in general.
The study finds out that the total number of dropouts from primary education reached 3988 and total number of dropouts from secondary education for intermediate stage reached 2598 and the total number of dropouts from preparatory stage reached 739 and total number of dropouts from primary and secondary education in Karbala city reached 7325 dropouts.
