University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A Thesis entitled “The Impact of Job Resources on Situational and Behavioural Work Outcomes”

Faulty of Administration and Economics / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “the impact of job resources on the situational and behavioral work outcomes”. It has been presented by Ali Nawaf Hassoun Al-Daami.
The study includes designing a hypothesis diagram that explains the nature of relationship between variables of the current study, and a set of hypotheses have been suggested to identify the level and nature of relationships between job resources and situational and behavioural outcomes in Traffic Directorate in the Holy Karbala Governorate.
The study aims at testing the relationship between job resources and endowment and behavioural work outcomes by analyzing the opinions of affiliates (officers) in Traffic Directorate of the Holy Karbala Governorate, to determine the level of job resources (self-efficacy, functional independence, social support) and their impact on situational and behavioral work outcomes ( Job satisfaction, job commitment, job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, creativity behaviour).
The study concludes that there is an impact relationship of job resources on the situational and behavioural work outcomes, which shows its effects in performance of different behaviours and attitudes for the purpose of performing the job, and this is clearly shown through the different attitudes and behaviours.
The study recommends strengthening work to create an appropriate environment in terms of participation space and introducing modern means that stimulate the display of job resources.
