Faculty of Education for Human Science / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “attempts to secede from United States of America 1789-1861.
The study, presented by Hassan Adnan Hassan Ali, includes four chapters and a conclusion that deals with attempt to secede some states in United States of America.
The study aims at identifying one of the most important challenges that accompanied emergence of United States of America.
The study concludes that United States of America’s retention of many powers in accordance with Constitution enables it to compare those powers with corresponding powers of federal administration, which resulted in a clear conflict between the states and federal administration in various fields.
