College of Administration and Economics / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “impact of cognitive intelligence on improving quality of services: an analytical study of opinions of a sample of department heads and divisional officials at Warith International Cancer Institute and Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital.
The study, presented by Ahmed Rahm Al-Fatlawi, aims at studying the impact of cognitive intelligence on quality of services, with a focus on services provided at Al-Kafeel Super Speciality Hospital and the Warith International Cancer Institute in Karbala. It also measures the extent of combination of relationships between previously mentioned variables in two aforementioned institutions.
The study concludes that cognitive intelligence plays an essential role in improving quality of services provided.
The study recommends the need to develop strategies that enhance cognitive intelligence in health institutions, as well as continued investment in developing mental capabilities of medical and administrative staff and integrating the concepts of cognitive intelligence into training and human resources development processes.
