University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A. Thesis on Integration of Kano Model and its Role in Achieving Shared Value

Faculty of Administration and Economics – University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled “integration of Kano model, dissemination of sustainable quality function and its role in achieving shared value – an applied study”.
The study, submitted by Duha Kamal Abdel Kareem Al-Dhaher, includes choosing Al-Joud Detergents and Sterilizers as a research sample because it seeks to provide sustainable products that achieve economic, social and environmental value.
The study concludes that integration of Kano model with sustainable quality function deployment tool will classify the customers’ requirements within first matrix of quality function deployment tool according to dimensions of Kano model, which provides information that helps the design team in enhancing and increasing their understanding of customers’ needs.
