Faculty of Education for Human Science / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis, which is presented by (Huda Habib Hamza), which is entitled ( optimistic personality and its relationship to growth mindset among postgraduate students).
The study aims at determining the relationship between optimistic personality and growth mindset among postgraduate students of both genders (males and females).
The study addresses theoretical and practical importance of category used by postgraduate students who represent a large segment of society, and reveals correlation between optimistic personality and growth mindset, among postgraduate students.
The study concludes that segment of postgraduate students in general has an optimistic personality by having good levels of optimistic personality areas and possessing a growth mindset.
The study recommends attention to enhance optimism by preparing training and educational programmes that help increasing it in appropriate ways.
