Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences /University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis on psychological compatibility and its relationship to emotional scout creativity.
The thesis aims at building a measure of psychological compatibility anf the emotional scouting creativity.
The thesis which is entitled (Psychological compatibility and its relationship to emotional creativity scouting among teams of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences of central and southern Iraqi universities) by Akram Waheed Ibrahim, includes identifying reality of psychological compatibility and emotional creativity among the sample members, as well as determining the relationship between psychological compatibility and emotional creativity among the sample.
The thesis recommends the necessity of establishing periodic and continuous camps in order to identify the developments in psychological compatibility and emotional creativity as part of it, and to create a positive relationship between the team themselves that would provide a good atmosphere for work.
