College of Physical Education, University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “Strategic Intelligence and its relationship to Administrative Excellence among Members of Football Referees Committee”

The study, which is conducted by Karrar Hassan Jaber, shows the relationship between strategic intelligence and administrative excellence among members of Football Referees Committee from perspective of subcommittees. It aims at developing measures of strategic intelligence and administrative excellence, and measuring level of strategic intelligence and its impact on members of Referees Committee’s administrative excellence.
The study emphasizes the need to increase specialized training courses and workshops to develop strategic intelligence and administrative excellence skills, so as to expand decision-making quality and enhance administrative performance among chairman and members of Central Referees Committee.
