University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A Thesis on the Impact of Employee’s Skills on Achieving Comprehensive Quality

Faculty of Administration and Economics / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled ” the impact of T-shaped employee’ skills in achieving comprehensive quality”.
The study, which is presented by Zainab Rahim Al-Jalaihawi, aims at knowing and testing the impact of T-shaped employee skills with their dimensions (cooperation and effective communication with colleagues, career adaptation, and continuous learning) on ​​comprehensive quality with its dimensions (senior management support, strategic planning, customer focus, management Operations, human resource management, and continuous improvement).
The study, which is implemented in General Directorate of Education in Holy Governorate of Karbala, finds out that there is a significant effect of employee’s skills of type (T) in enhancing comprehensive quality.
The study recommends the necessity of relying on employees’ “T” skills, as they represent basis for improving operations and raising level of performance.
