University of Kerbala Discussing an M.A Thesis on the Impact of School Leadership Quality Standards on Creative Performance

College of Administration and Economics / University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “the impact of school leadership quality standards on creative performance”.
The study, which presented by Muntaha Abbas Yousef, aims at revealing availability of quality school leadership standards among the study sample, as well as discovering enjoyment of creative performance among secondary/preparatory education teachers.
The study concludes that there is a causal relationship between school leadership quality standards and creative performance, as any improvement in level of application of school leadership quality standards will most often be reflected in an increase in level of creative performance of teaching staff by adopting new means and methods in teaching.
The study recommends the importance of spreading culture of comprehensive quality in schools among administrative and supervisory leaders.
