Faculty of Administration and Economics – University of Kerbala discussed the M.A thesis in Business Administration which is entitled “The Role of Engineering Dimensions Value in Enhancing High Performance of Human Resources – An Applied and Analytical study of views of a sample of employees of General Company for Foodstuffs Trading / Middle Euphrates”. It is presented by Falah Naeem Hamim.
The study mainly aims at determining the (interactive (modifying) role of value engineering) with its sub-dimensions in enhancing the role of high performance of human resources at the level of the study sample represented by the General Company for Foodstuff Trading / Middle Euphrates, and a model (Waal André de, 2021) to measure high performance which included four dimensions (training, organizational structure, organizational performance, labour relations).
The study concludes that the dimensions of value engineering have an effective role in promoting high performance of human resources.
