University of Kerbala / Faculty of Law Discussing a Ph.D. Dissertation on ” Legal Status of Air Traffic Controller: A Comparative Study”

Faculty of Law / University of Kerbala has discussed the Ph.D. dissertation which is entitled ” Legal Status of Air Traffic Controller: A Comparative Study”. It has been presented by Ashwaq Abdul Rasoul Abdul Amir
The air traffic controller can practice his work. He must obtain a licence from the competent official authority and issue it. The issuance of licence requires the fulfillment of certain conditions in the applicant, including conditions related to nationality, age, and safety from diseases and physical disabilities, and others related to the conditions of qualification.
The responsibility of the air traffic controller may not only arise, but also the responsibility of the air traffic control agencies may arise, and the responsibility of the management authority for these errors may also arise. This means that more than one party is responsible for the errors of the air traffic controller, and when the elements of civil liability arising from the air controller become available, they have their effects.
