University of Kerbala
Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology – University of Kerbala, in cooperation with Psychological and Educational Guidance Unit – Presidency of the University, holds a scientific symposium entitled (Cybersecurity Awareness) . it has been presented by Lect.. Dr. Huda Fadhil Alwan, Lect. Dr. Roa’a Abdel Ridha Saeed and Lect. Dr. Elham Mohamed Thabet.
The symposium aims at educating students about the importance of protecting information.
It stresses that every individual is aware of his/her responsibility of protecting the information and electronic devices used, whether they are personal or related to companies, departments or institutions in public and private sectors.
The symposium discussed crimes and cyber-attacks, the most vulnerable groups and ways to avoid them.
