Faculty of Sciences / University of Kerbala has hosted a training course on writing university news according to press templates, electronic publishing and photography with participation of officials of media divisions at the university
The course aims at training the officials to edit university news according to journalistic templates and how to portray the event in an expressive way
The course includes how to write the press news, its definition, and the statement of the basic parts of the news, represented by title, structure of the news, introduction of the news, and how to edit simple news, as well as identify the most important models of university news and how to formulate them according to journalistic templates. It also deals with how to take a press photo expressing the event clearly and accurately.
