Second-year evening students, College of Law, University of Kerbala hold a virtual court event to train students to simulate real court sessions and prepare them for professional legal practices.
The session includes a realistic representation of trial procedures, starting from filing a lawsuit to issue judgments, where students participated in roles of judges, lawyers, plaintiffs, and witnesses in order to enhance their practical skills.
To enhance students’ understanding of judicial procedures and enable them to apply legal theories in a practical way, the session aims at developing their skills in persuasion, legal analysis, and advocacy.
