University of Kerbala Holding its Sixth International Conference entitled “The Role of Media in Spreading Islamic Culture and True Beliefs”.

Faculty of Islamic Sciences / University of Kerbala, in cooperation with International Federation of Muslim Women / Iraq and Iraq Foundation for Proximity and Dialogue, has held the Sixth International Scientific Conference. The conference is entitled ((The role of the media in spreading Islamic culture and true beliefs)) and with participation of a number of researchers from inside and outside Iraq .
Vice President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Akram Al-Yasiri, says that lady. Fatima Al-Zahraa, which is the main plot of the conference, is a beacon of values​advocated by heavenly message, an embodiment of authentic Muhammadan morals, and a brilliant title for Islamic unity, calling for necessity of benefiting from her biography and emulating her (peace be upon her) to enhance the role of women in the Islamic society.
Al-Yasiri stresses the importance of success of the conference as it is a gateway to global publication so as to enhance the value of scientific research in global capacities.
For his part, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Dergham Al-Musawi, explains that the conference aims at identifying the social role of Lady of the Worlds’ Women, Fatima Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her), in consolidating true values and principles in Islamic march, and the role of the media to embody and spread Islamic culture.
Al-Musawi adds that the participating and accepted researches in the conference is about 75 research that include all the axes of Islamic and media studies in biography of Al-Zahraa, peace be upon her.
