As part of National Education Strategy Program, College of Dentistry_ University of Kerbala organizes a workshop on developing hard skills.
The workshop, which has been delivered by Dr. Fadhil Nemah Shalaba, highlights how to develop hard skills related to field of work, which requires specific knowledge and training, as well as personal, social, and organizational skills.
The workshop also examines ways to develop hard skills, particularly those related to training.
To enhance public employee’s knowledge and familiarize them with applicable laws and regulations, the workshop recommends the need to intensify public employee training programs and expand their knowledge of laws and regulations governing public service. It also proposes the need to disseminate legal culture among employees.
