College of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Kerbala, in cooperation with technical support team, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, organizes a technical workshop on Information System (ISS).
Being attended by Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Haider Mohammed Umran, Dean of the College, Dr. Muwaffaq Kadhim Al-Hasnawi, along with a number of other deans, registration heads, coordinators of various colleges, and several specialized staff members, Dean of the College, Dr. Muwaffaq Al-Hasnawi, explains that the University, in coordination with the ministerial team, is working on finding practical solutions of technical problems facing them such as discrepancies in technical systems used for transferring student data among several universities.
Al-Hasnawi states that the workshop aims at addressing these issues and overcome obstacles that may hinder those working with electronic programs, thereby contributing to standardize procedures and improve performance.
He adds that the university will announce in the next days its full technical readiness to adopt electronic systems in administrative communications, stressing its intention to enroll employees in specialized training courses to provide better services to students, teachers and employees.
