To be issued by National Center of Legal Publications: Egypt – Cairo, the book consists of (273) pages.
The idea of the book revolves around the concept of electronic money transfer and its types, with a statement of its legal nature, and then distinguishing electronic transfer from what is suspected, how it is concluded, its conditions and pillars.
The book explains regulations of electronic funds transfer and relationships resulting from electronic money transfer and how it expires, and clarifies bank’s civil liability for failure to electronic transfer and how to exempt from it.
It is worth noting that the author has many publications in this field, which is added to scientific achievements made by College of Islamic Sciences in scientific aspect.
