Expanding horizons of applied research, College of Engineering Conference organizes its 9th conference on Engineering science, with participation of researchers from various national and international universities.
The conference   deals with various disciplines including architectural, civil, mechanical, materials engineering, prosthetics, biomedical engineering, electronic engineering, petroleum engineering and chemical engineering.

During the conference, President of University of Kerbala Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid sheds light on the efforts achieved by the University to promote scientific research, encourage innovation, and create a stimulating academic environment that empowers researchers to confront developmental challenges and provide sustainable engineering solutions that match the needs and serve national development plans.

For his part, Dean of the College, Dr. Haider Al-Mahna, states that the conference has accepted 81 manuscripts.
Dr. Al-Mahna notes that more than 22 research papers submitted from international universities, explaining that the conference platform is linked to Scopus database of reputable academic publishing.
