College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Kerbala organizes a training course on athletes’ nutrition and timing of meals before, during, and after exercise.
Being presented by Dr. Haider Abdul Ali and Lect. Mohammed Adel Talib, the course aims at highlighting the importance of athletes’ proper nutrition and its role in improving physical performance, as well as clarifying optimal timing for meals before, during, and after exercise to enhance recovery and reduce injuries.
The course recommends adhering to scientifically approved athletes’ nutritional programs and promoting nutritional awareness among students and athletes through ongoing specialized courses and workshops.
