Keeping pace with change of organizational structures, College of Education for Pure Sciences _University of Kerbala holds a training course on “Human Resources Development”.
The course, which has been presented by Dr. Hussein Musa Abdul, aims at providing participants with modern concepts in human resources management and development and their role in supporting organizational change. It also deals with mechanisms of change in organizational structures and how to align human resources with these changes.
The course includes several topics on developing administrative leaders’ skills in strategic human resources planning to meet requirements of restructuring. It also identifies gaps between current status of human resources and future needs in light of change, so as to enhance awareness of the importance of change management as a tool for improving performance and achieving organizational goals.
