To be presented by Asst. Prof. Dhiaa Mezhir, College of Pharmacy _ University of Kerbala holds a training course on the role of media in combating violence against women.

The training course highlights responsibility in shedding light on issues of violence against women using media as well as the importance of guiding media discourse to defend human rights professionally.
The course also addresses the most prominent forms of violence and mechanisms of media coverage, calling for an effective role of media in building a societal culture that rejects discrimination and promotes justice and dignity.
