University of Kerbala Holds a Workshop on Digital University Management System

To be adopted by Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, College of Computer Science and Information Technology organizes a workshop on University Management System of Human Resources (HR) and Student Information Systems (SIS).
The workshop, which has been presented by Lect. Dr. Zaid Hassan Nasrallah and Asst. Lect. Ali Muhammad Redha, aims at familiarizing attendees with University Management System, which is part of Ministry’s efforts to digital transition.
The workshop shows the importance of digital transition and its benefits to students, professors, and staff, including acceleration of administrative work. It also addresses the most prominent services that automation will provide to students and university staff. The University Management Project includes 70 systems that provide various services to students, academic staff, and faculty.
President of University of Kerbala Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali stresses the need to complete this project and ensure its success, particularly given availability of scientifically capable human resources within the university. He notes that digital transitions adopted by Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to keep pace with the University’s vision, which seeks to create a dynamic environment.
